1. Located by our Food Court
Visit our Stylist Appointment space in Unit 214, located in the food court near the washroom hallway. The easiest way to find us is by entering through the south food court entrance—just head inside and follow the signs to the washrooms. You’ll spot our Personal Stylist signage along the way.

Lost at Bower Place or can’t find the unit? Visit Guest Services in the food court—they’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can expect a luxurious and personalized shopping experience. The stylist will guide your shopping experience while suggesting a selection of garments, shoes, and accessories based on your questionnaire answers. During the session, your stylist will provide tailored advice and style outfits that will leave you feeling gorgeous and confident.
All proceeds from each session are donated to charity. Please note that we do not offer refunds for canceled or rescheduled appointments. You will need to book a separate session if needed.
You don't need to bring anything specific to your stylist appointment, but to make the most of your session, consider bringing inspiration photos or screenshots of outfits you like, a pair of shoes you often wear (or comfortable ones if you’re shopping for new shoes), and a few photos of your current wardrobe favorites. An open mind is also helpful, as it allows you to explore new styles and colors that might not be your usual choices.
We encourage you to provide as much detail as possible in the questionnaire. If you have additional requests or needs, please include them in the additional comments section, and the stylist will accommodate your requests to the best of their ability.
There’s no limit, the session is designed to be a curated experience focused on quality over quantity. During the 2 hour session, the stylist will select a range of items that align with your style goals and preferences for an efficient and enjoyable experience.
Yes, you can, but please note that each appointment is exclusively for the individual who booked it and not for any accompanying guests.
Your appointment will last for the duration of the time allotted. If you arrive late, the time lost will be deducted from your appointment. If you cannot attend, you will need to reschedule and book another session.
No purchase is required during the session.
