You would be part of the team opening this exciting new location;
Delivering extreme service to all of your customers;
Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating and coaching a great team;
Leading team meetings, creating incentives and supporting the development of your coworkers;
Managing your stores expenses and payroll to increase profitability;
Ensuring the store has adequate inventory, is merchandised properly and is clean and well maintained;
Implementing feature displays and special events in store;
Coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to team;
Providing feedback to management and employees on marketing initiatives, customer trends and product testimonials; and
Developing and maintaining relationships with neighboring tenants, the landlord, suppliers and local partners.
You have two years of proven success in building customer relationships and providing the ‘wow’ experience in a retail management or supervisory position;
You have a love for natural products and want to share your passion with your team and your customers through product demos and toxin free education;
You bring new ideas and enthusiasm to drive sales and lead your team to success;
You have a natural ability to lead a team and are always looking for ways to enhance your leadership;
You’re an operational ninja with an entrepreneurial spirit and are always looking to develop your business skills;
You have open availability to be there when your store needs you; and
You want to have fun, laugh and make our customers and co-workers happy.
