Not sure if you have enough for that Fab Find at Marshalls? You can check you card balance anytime, either online at www.getmybalance.com or by calling EML Payments by phoning 1-800-840-5604.
Oh no! Not to worry, you can replace your lost gift card by going to the Guest Services desk located in the food court. Simply bring in your original gift card number itself and we will replace your gift card. The fee for replacing your lost of stolen card is $5.
Bower Place gift cards are not redeemable for cash, not useable to obtain credit, to pay on a credit account, for "card not present" or preauthorized transactions or for tips. They are also non-refundable.

- Notify the sales associate at the counter that you will be using a Bower Place gift card before they ring in your purchase.
- Once you've made a purchase, your store receipt will indicate the balance you have left on your gift card.
- Remember, you can always check your balance online, by phone, or by visiting Guest Services.
We accept cash, Interac, Visa, and Mastercard.
Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company. Funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC). Card funds do not expire, non-reloadable and no cash access.
Security
To keep your personal information nice and safe, please note that we cannot accept transactions over the phone, and that all credit card orders must be verified in person by government-issued ID from the cardholder.
What Can't I do with Bower Place Gift Cards?
