To keep your personal information nice and safe, please note that we cannot accept transactions over the phone, and that all credit card orders must be verified in person by government-issued ID from the cardholder.
What Can't I do with Bower Place Gift Cards?
Bower gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to pay on a credit account, for “card not present” preauthorized transactions or for tips. They are also non-refundable. In the case of returning retailer purchases, refunds are subject to the individual retailer’s return policy.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Maintenance Fees
Bower Place gift cards do NOT expire and have no activation feeds. Don’t hide them away because if you have not spent the card balance within 16 months of the purchase EML Payments charges a non-refundable $2.50 monthly maintenance fee per month until the card balance has been depleted. If you feel that you will not spend your card balance in the required time, please visit Guest Services and they will transfer your balance onto another card and you will have another 15 months to enjoy!
Bower Place is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or a reduced card balance as a result of inactivity and/or failure to renew before the 16th month maintenance fee deadline.

Lost Gift Cards
Never fear! You can replace your gift card by going to Guest Services. All we need is one of the following: your original gift card purchase receipt or the gift card number itself and we will replace your gift card. We can also obtain your gift card information through the name or phone number used for the original purchase of the card.
